The reason we are writing this letter was to tell you that we are happy with our new home. We can say that after one year we have absolutely nothing that we need fixed under the builders warranty program. We know several people that have purchased a new home from other builders in the past few years, and they were not able to say the same. In one case the entire house had to be patched to repair screw pops and cracks in the walls. We have no cracks anywhere.
